GOOD Gouache!

A three hour workshop with Illustrator and Instructor Tina Druce-Hoffman at the Artbox in Saint Charles, IL. An introduction to painting with gouache including a short lecture on this versatile medium, a quick demo using a limited palette and a from life studio study for all to practice with the techniques learned in class.

Group and Party Classes

Go beyond the hum-drum painting and wine parties. Host some friends in your home and have me create a night specifically for your group of friends. Instead of following a painting template, your guests will learn skills to bolster your abilities in creating art. Whatever your interests are, drawing, watercolor or even color theory I can help you create a one of a kind artistic learning experience.

Formal art classes At the ArtBox

I teach two after school art classes for youth and teens at www.artbox5.com in Saint Charles, IL. On Mondays, Teens learn to push their talents and discover their artistic style though exploring mediums and age old art techniques. On Tuesday, youths 8-13 learn creating art using very basic observation and refinement techniques that over time culminate into creating advanced artworks. In each of the classes, drawing from life is encouraged as well as finding their own artistic voice.
